Web-based workflow software by CMW allows non-technical users to create automated workflows and web-forms with drag'n'drop simplicity right from web-browser. It also aims to empower business users to modify workflows and forms on-the-fly without requests to IT-professionals.

Our department was facing several problems with the workflow process while receiving demands from our clients. Sometimes it was a problem with job assignments, deadlines, and control of processing. These problems were gone after we acquired the Comindware Tracker as we now spend less time dealing with these problems. We can now focus on product development while having very insightful information provided by this software.

This software works very well with businesses involving multiple steps in an organized chain of processing. I use Comindware Tracker to assign and manage workflows and roles for team members. It is also used by the team manager to monitor employee KPI compliance for each employee, so it also works as a real-time monitoring tool for us. This tool has significantly increased overall work efficiency.

  • Support and ease of use for the tool are very good.
  • The integration of some 3rd party applications needs to be fixed.
It is a comprehensive tool for automating many different tasks. I personally use it for workflow management, document tracking and service request management and it has been doing its job very well so far.

Comindware Tracker is used by the organization for optimization and process automation. It's a simple drag and drop tool that does not need coding effort. Issues can be tracked. An approval process is there with in the software. We are using this software for the customer management process. It's quite robust.

I am a Robotic Enterprise Automation Consultant and have used various RPA tools too. This is something kind of new. All my team members are just a workflow away! We have many non-techies in the house, and they are loving this new tool. Endless possibilities.

We use Comindware Tracker and SharePoint side by side and it essentially improves workflow capabilities of SharePoint. Tech-level of employees varies from one department to another and when some people feel comfortable and able to use SharePoint Designer for automating workflows, other teams prefer visual workflow building in Comindware Tracker and estimate this tool as a huge benefit. Low-code workflow management software allows non-technical business users to create and correct workflows, delivers necessary flexibility, and reduces workflow maintenance cost - the latter is one of our key requirements when choosing a workflow tool.

In comparison with SharePoint Designer workflow creation is quick and easy with Comindware Tracker’s graphical workflow builder. It is available via web browser and empowers business users to create their own workflows with drag-and-drop simplicity. So, there’s no more need for business users to outsource their workflows to IT guys inside or outside of the company.
